Lucky Star Auto Repair

I had a great experience! The transmission was leaking and after the mechanic found the loose hose it tightened it back , then we dropped the whole fluid and refilled it at the proper level. Once on the lift I realized that one of my shock absorbers was damaged from a huge pothole accident on Park Avenue, between 48-48 streets. Mr . Tan replaced both struts since they are 8 years old! The car runs like a charm! I’ll definitely be back ! My only problem is that I live kind of far from the location: 300 yards !!!😄😄😄

Mr. Chen, the owner of the shop, has taken care of my two cars for several years. Whether it comes to his skill or personality, he is the best! His rates are also very reasonable, much more affordable than a car dealer. For small issues, he won’t even charge me and tell me a quick and easy solution for me to get back on the road as soon as possible. On the two occasions that my car wasn’t able to start, I just gave him a phone call and he drove over an hour from his shop to my house to fix it. All the parts he uses for repairs are of the top quality. Even though he’s moved locations from Jericho to Flushing, I still continue to return for his services simply due to the amazing service and quality. I’m giving 5 stars, but that frankly isn’t enough for how great Mr. Chen is.
